About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, analytical and proactive UK Vehicle Sales Support Specialist to play a critical role in scaling of Changan’s UK business.

This position plays a critical role in supporting Changan UK's vehicle supply and sales operations. The position is responsible for managing the end-to-end vehicle ordering process for the Retail Network, supporting wholesale planning activities, and providing data-driven insights through reporting and analysis. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role ensures the efficient flow of vehicles through the business while maintaining high levels of dealer engagement, operational accuracy, and communication excellence.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in automotive operations, sales operations, network management or commercial analysis roles

Skills we are looking for:

  • Strong experience using Power BI/ Microsoft Excel or similar business intelligence tools
  • Ability to create automated reporting solutions and dashboards
  • Strong cross-functional and stakeholder communication skills
  • Responsible for processing and managing all vehicle orders from Changan UK to the Retail Network (Fleet and Retail)
  • Support the UK Sales and Operations Manager with wholesale planning
  • Collaborate closely with Logistics, Finance, Sales and HQ teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Design, build and maintain the reporting on Changan UK, Fleet and Dealer stock performance
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities within data sets and provide actionable recommendations
  • Continuously optimise reporting processes to improve automation, accuracy and relevance
  • Support consistent, clear and timely communications aligned with business priorities to relevant stakeholders
  • Strengthen dealer engagement on vehicle ordering by improving transparency, clarity and responsiveness to all vehicle ordering related queries
  • Support the National Fleet Sales Manager raising Fleet contracts and updating customer term agreements
