Job Introduction
We are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Smart / Cosmetic Paint Technician to be based at our Lexus Dealership in Coventry. The hours of work are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Basic Salary up to £38,000 with bonus OTE up to £43,000 plus benefits.
The successful applicant will be repairing minor accident damage including:
- Bumper scuffs
- Panel scratches
- Fill and paint
- Interior plastics
- Alloy wheels
- All other minor cosmetic repairs

To be considered for this role you will need to be fully trained in all aspects of cosmetic repairs; possibly coming from a body shop repair centre background, but essentially you must be capable of carrying out repairs to an exceptionally high standard.
