Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary: Up to £45,800 based on skills and experience.
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Bonus: Over-performance bonus opportunity.
- Sign-On Bonus: £4000 (£2000 paid in month one and £2000 paid in month 13).
Role Responsibilities
Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.
Qualifications and Skills
- Formal Qualification: Relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
- Experience: Current experience as a Vehicle Technician.
- MOT License: Preferred but not essential.
- Tools: Your own set of tools.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence.
