Vehicle Technician – Maidstone

£34,000 - £46,000 per annum (including bonus)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and successful dealership in Maidstone.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and supportive team, offering excellent earning potential, ongoing manufacturer training and genuine career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
- Completing vehicle health checks and identifying any additional work required.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Maintaining accurate workshop records and following dealership procedures.
- Working closely with the workshop team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade.
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
