Vehicle Technician Northampton
We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician to join a busy main dealership in Northampton. Applicants must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, possess a recognised diagnostic qualification, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.
Job Details
- Location: Northampton
- Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 Basic + Bonus
- OTE: Up to £45,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours) No Weekends or Bank Holidays
- Ref: 31215

Vehicle Technician Role
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle faults
- Complete vehicle inspections and health checks
- Carry out repairs efficiently to a high standard
- Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation
- Maintain high workshop and Health & Safety standards
Vehicle Technician Requirements
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Recognised diagnostic qualification
- Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
