DCM Autocentres is a family-owned automotive service business based in Dorset, with branches in Shaftesbury and Blandford Forum. With decades of experience, the team provides MOTs, vehicle servicing, general repairs, and tyre replacements. The company also offers 24/7 mobile tyre fitting within a 15-mile radius of each branch, alongside convenient walk-in tyre services. DCM Autocentres is committed to reliable workmanship, customer-focused service, and supporting the local community.
Role
DCM Tyre & Autocentres is looking for an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our team at our Shaftesbury branch.

We’re looking for a skilled, reliable technician who takes pride in their work and can confidently carry out servicing, repairs, diagnostics and general mechanical work to a high standard.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician
- Strong previous workshop experience
- Confident with servicing, repairs, fault finding and diagnostics
- Able to work efficiently and to a high standard
- Good problem-solving skills
- Reliable and professional
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Salary & Additional Information
- £40,000–£60,000 salary, depending on experience
- 4-day working week
- 21 days holiday
- Bank holidays
