At Vertu Volvo Exeter, we're looking for a talented Service & Maintenance Technician to join our growing aftersales team. Whether you're looking to further develop your technical skills, gain EV qualifications, or progress into senior or management roles in the future, we can help you achieve your career ambitions.
You'll receive a competitive basic salary of £28,840 to £36,950, depending on your skills and experience, based on a 41-hour working week, with the opportunity to earn an additional over-performance bonus.

About The Role
As a Service & Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience through high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently and accurately
- Completing work right first time, ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety
- Working collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
- Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technology through continuous training

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician
- MOT Tester licence (desirable but not essential)
- Your own tools
- A full UK driving licence
- A passion for delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service
