Vertu Honda Plymouth

Up to £36,950 Basic Salary + Over Performance Bonus + £4,000 Bonus Package

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service & Maintenance Technician to join our successful aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand in a professional, supportive, and modern workshop environment where your skills will be recognised and rewarded.

We are offering a basic salary of up to £36,950, depending on experience and qualifications, based on a 41-hour working week, Monday to Friday, plus an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.

To welcome you to the business, we are also offering a fantastic £4,000 bonus package, including:

  • £2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid in Month 1
  • £2,000 Retention Bonus paid in Month 13

About The Role

As a Service & Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer motoring experience built on trust, quality and professionalism.

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop safely and efficiently. From routine servicing and diagnostics to more complex repairs, you'll take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • A relevant Automotive qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • An MOT Licence (desirable but not essential)
  • Your own set of tools
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
