Vehicle Technician
£36,182 basic | £45,950 OTE (uncapped time saved + team profit)

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will:
- Carry out servicing, diagnostics, warranty and repair work across a range of vehicles.
- Complete maintenance tasks from oil changes to cambelt replacements using digital job card systems.
- Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) to high workshop standards.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic with servicing and warranty exposure.
- Strong teamwork, process discipline and a commitment to safety and quality.
- MOT Licence desirable (full training available).
- A proactive attitude and a desire to progress your Vehicle Technician career through manufacturer accreditation training.
