Vehicle Technician – Air Conditioning Specialist | Coventry | £30,000–£35,000 | Monday to Friday | Specialist Automotive Opportunity

Location: Coventry

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (Depending on Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

A Rare Chance to Specialise Instead of Staying “General”

If you’re a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician with air conditioning experience, this is your opportunity to step into a role that actually focuses on your specialist skills.

Instead of being stuck doing the same general repairs day in, day out, you’ll be working in a workshop that puts air conditioning diagnostics, repair, and system expertise front and centre.

This is a role for technicians who want something sharper, more technical, and more rewarding than the usual routine.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • £30,000 – £35,000 salary depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday only — no weekend working
  • A genuine specialist AC-focused technician role
  • Less repetitive servicing, more technical problem-solving
  • Modern, well-equipped workshop environment
  • Supportive team that values real technical ability
  • Stable, long-term position within an established business
  • Opportunity to become a recognised AC systems specialist
  • Clean, organised workshop with proper diagnostic tools

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
