Vehicle Technician

£60,000 OTE (uncapped earnings)

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

What you'll do day to day

As a Vehicle Technician, you will:

  • Carry out high-quality maintenance and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
  • Complete detailed inspections to identify wear, damage, or required repairs
  • Provide clear, professional technical advice when needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat business
  • Work closely with service advisors and workshop control to maintain smooth workflow
  • Support and mentor fellow technicians, contributing to a positive team environment

Helpful skills and qualifications

You don't need to tick every box if you're passionate about delivering great work as a Vehicle Technician, we want to hear from you.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Level 2 technicians with dealership experience are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet efficiency targets
  • Team-focused approach
  • MOT licence is beneficial but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence required
