About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Level 3 Warranty Technicians and Level 4 Diagnostic Specialists to join a busy vehicle workshop. You'll carry out mechanical repairs, warranty work, and advanced diagnostics, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards while maintaining high levels of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and warranty work.
- Complete warranty documentation accurately and in line with manufacturer requirements.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment.
- Attend manufacturer training courses as required.
- Follow Health & Safety, COSHH, and environmental procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support the workshop team with additional duties when required.

About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Level 3: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair with warranty experience.
- Level 4: Advanced diagnostic experience with strong fault-finding skills.
- Good understanding of workshop procedures and manufacturer standards.
- Computer literacy and accurate record keeping.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
