Vehicle Technician - Leicester
£46,295 basic | £50,000+ OTE (time saved, team profit, CSI bonus) 25 days holiday + bank holidays | Life assurance & pension | Technician discounts & lifestyle perks
Full-time | 45 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, 1 in 4 Sat 8am-1pm)

We welcome Vehicle Technicians from all automotive brands who want to step into a premium environment with modern tools, structured training and a clear path to progress including Diagnostic Technician development.
The Opportunity
Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician
- You'll join a high-performing aftersales team in a well-equipped workshop with 16 ramps and a strong group of 11 experienced Technicians, including long-standing team members with deep product knowledge who are always happy to support.
- You'll have access to OEM training, online learning, development programmes and on-site coaching giving you everything you need to progress through technical levels and stay ahead of the latest technologies, including EV.

What You'll Do
- Carry out complex diagnostic, warranty and repair work to manufacturer standards.
- Complete EV tasks (if qualified) and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve hard-to-find faults.
- Support Apprentice Technicians with guidance and development.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) plus a recognised Diagnostic qualification.
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician preferred, though brand-qualified candidates will also be considered.
- Strong teamwork, process discipline and high standards of safety and quality.
- Ambition to progress ongoing manufacturer training provided, including EV and hybrid accreditation.
