Role Overview
A rare and high-impact opportunity has opened at Omoda JAECOO Battersea for skilled, motivated Vehicle Technicians to begin working at our brand-new dealership.
As one of the fastest-growing new automotive brands in the UK and Europe—modern, ambitious and building momentum fast—this role allows you to grow alongside a forward-thinking business from the ground up.
You’ll deliver high-standard servicing and repairs, using essential diagnostic tools and comprehensive manufacturer training to ensure every customer has complete confidence in their vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality mechanical, electrical, and diagnostics services for modern vehicles.
- Carry out servicing and repairs with attention to detail and technical excellence.
- Use digital tools to streamline service processes and improve customer experience.
- Work as part of a launch team, forming and shaping the workshop culture during a new site’s inception.
- Develop expertise in JAECOO-specific vehicle systems through coe-training and supported work flows.

Salary & Benefits
- OTE (On-the-Emarkets over Target): £59,980
- Basic salary range: £31,000 to £46,000 with a guaranteed bonus period during the new site's launch phase.
- Full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week: Mon–Fri with a satellite morning rota)
Minimum Level 3 Automotive qualification (e.g. City & Guilds/ NVQ 3) and a full, valid UK driving licence required.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- A relevant Level 3 Automotive qualification (e.g. City & Guilds/NVQ 3).
- A full UK driving licence with a clean driving record for working on-site and delivering spare parts.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, specialising in diagnostics, servicing/repair of high-end vehicles.
