- High Earning Potential: £42,000 solid basic salary + rewarding monthly performance bonuses (£45,000+ OTE)

What you will be doing:
- Carrying out high-standard vehicle servicing, routine maintenance, and detailed multi-point health checks
- Performing general and major mechanical repairs, including brakes, suspension systems, clutches, and timing belts
- Utilising modern scan tools to logically trace and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
- Taking complete ownership of your bay to maintain our "fixed-first-time" reputation

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on professional workshop experience, strong mechanical repair and diagnostic competence, and a valid full UK Driving Licence (VAG specialist experience is a fantastic bonus!)
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Hersham, making it an easy commute from Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge, Esher, Kingston upon Thames, and Woking.
