Job Description
As a Vehicle Technician at Flash Fit, You Will
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs.
- Conduct MOT preparations and testing (if qualified).
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Carry out tyre fitting and wheel alignments.
- Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs and workshop targets.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, and engine diagnostics.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle issues and necessary repairs.
- Stay updated with technical information and advancements in automotive technology.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.

Desirable
- MOT Tester qualification.
- Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles.
