An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join a busy and well-established automotive dealership in Hedge End. The Role
As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and MOT testing to the highest standards. You'll ensure all vehicles are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with manufacturer and DVSA standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Perform MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Complete vehicle health checks and identify any additional work required.
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Accurately complete job cards and service documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maximise productivity.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Valid MOT Tester licence.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Full UK driving licence.
