Vehicle Technician
Salary: Circa £40,000 + Bonus
Location: Brewery Road, London (N7 9QH)

About the role
Your role will be performing maintenance, servicing, and repairs on LEVC products, along with pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles.

- Complete scheduled vehicle servicing and repair in line with manufacturer guidelines.
- Undertake diagnostic activities to identify causes and solutions for customer vehicle issues.
- Ensure vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high-quality manner, in line with manufacturer requirements.
- Liaise directly with customers and service advisors, providing outstanding customer service.
- Conduct electronic visual health checks on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for customers.
- Completing the necessary documentation in respect to warranty work. Maintain a clean and safe work bay.
Experience to succeed
- Strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a track record of delivering results as an automotive technician within the franchised automotive sector.
- Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business.
- Must have own tools available and a clean valid UK Driving Licence.
