Vertu Nissan Northampton

At Vertu Nissan Northampton, we’re looking for a Senior or Master Technician to join a supportive, high-performing team where your development will genuinely be invested in.

We are offering a basic salary of £36,080 - £47,780, depending on skills and experience, based on a 42-hour working week, Monday to Friday with no weekend working, plus the opportunity to increase your earnings through our over-performance bonus scheme. On top of this, we’re offering a £4,000 sign-on bonus!*

The role

You’ll be the technical expert within the workshop, carrying out diagnostics, servicing and repair work on customer vehicles to the highest standards.

Using your technical knowledge and experience, you’ll work efficiently while supporting colleagues around you and liaising with Service Advisors, customers and management when required.

Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are at the heart of what we do, so we’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their work and delivers a professional approach every time.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • A relevant formal automotive qualification such as City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally operating at Senior or Master Technician level
  • Your own set of tools
  • A full UK driving licence
