Vehicle Technician £39,232 basic | £49,000 OTE(time saved bonus + team profit) 25 days holiday + bank holidays | Pension & life assurance | Tool insurance | Staff discounts
Full-time | 45 hours per week | Weekend rota
Step into a role where your skills as a Vehicle Technician are genuinely valued, supported and developed. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician to join a high-performing workshop equipped with modern tools, strong processes and ongoing manufacturer-level training.
The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for:
- Servicing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
- Completing maintenance tasks from oil changes to cambelt replacements, supported by digital job card systems.
- Carrying out electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) to high workshop standards.

What We're Looking For
- A recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, ideally with both servicing and warranty exposure.
- Strong teamwork, process discipline and a commitment to safety and quality.
- MOT Licence is desirable, but full training can be provided.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to progress your career as a Vehicle Technician through accredited manufacturer training.
