Vehicle Technician Stafford
We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician to join a busy main dealership in Stafford. Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving Licence, possess a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Competence or equivalent, have previous motor trade workshop experience and have the right to work in the UK.
Location: Stafford
Salary: £34,000 basic + £3,000 Productivity Bonus + Uncapped Time Saved Bonus
OTE: Up to £41,230, uncapped
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am to 12:30pm

- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard
- Complete vehicle health checks using modern diagnostic equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Carry out authorised additional repair work
- Complete warranty repairs in line with required procedures
- Road test vehicles to confirm faults have been rectified
- Complete job cards, service records and workshop paperwork accurately
Vehicle Technician Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Competence or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician
- Experience within a main dealership or independent garage
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong servicing, maintenance and repair skills
- Diagnostic, MOT testing or Electric Vehicle experience is desirable but not essential
- Previous manufacturer experience is not essential, as full brand accreditation training will be provided.
