£50K+ OTE, MANUFACTURER TRAINING & ROOM TO PROGRESS
If you're an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for strong earning potential, manufacturer training and a role within an established dealership, this could be worth a closer look.
You'll join a busy workshop in Yeovil, offering a basic salary of £33,000–£35,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn £50,000+ OTE.

Full-time, permanent position
You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing and diagnosing vehicles, while working efficiently and maintaining manufacturer standards.
THE ROLE
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete vehicle health checks
- Identify additional work where appropriate
- Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment and workshop systems
- Follow manufacturer procedures and technical information
- Complete accurate job cards and workshop documentation
- Work towards workshop productivity and efficiency targets
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
You’ll Need
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Previous experience in a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician or Mechanic role
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence

It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Main dealership experience
- Manufacturer training or accreditation
- MOT Tester qualification
- Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
- Experience working to workshop productivity targets
