Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester Ipswich

Your Day-to-Day
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Complete MOT tests confidently and accurately.
- Diagnose faults using digital tools, handling both mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Work on brakes, suspension, steering, engine work and warranty repairs.
- Perform vehicle health checks including timing belts, clutches and diagnostics.
- Support the preparation of used vehicles and complete road tests when required.

What You Need
- Minimum four years experience as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop or dealership.
- Class 4 MOT Tester licence.
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong interest in diagnostics and fault-finding.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a franchised dealership or reputable independent workshop.
