Up to £40,220 Basic Salary + Over Performance Bonus + £4,000 Bonus Package

We're looking for talented Vehicle Technicians to join our successful aftersales team. Whether you're an experienced Service & Maintenance Technician or a skilled Diagnostic Technician, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a modern workshop environment, supported by industry-leading training and genuine progression opportunities.
We offer a basic salary of up to £40,220, depending on skills, experience and qualifications, based on a 42-hour working week, Monday to Friday, plus an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.
To welcome you to the business, we're also offering an excellent £4,000 bonus package, including:
- £2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid in Month 1
- £2,000 Retention Bonus paid in Month 13
About The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer motoring experience built on trust, quality and professionalism.
Working as part of a highly skilled team, you'll be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics to manufacturer standards, ensuring every vehicle is returned to our customers safely and efficiently.

Quality workmanship, attention to detail and achieving first-time fixes are at the heart of everything we do. You'll be given the tools, training and support needed to continually develop your skills while working with some of Hyundai's latest vehicle technologies, including hybrid and electric models.
Salary Packages Available
Depending on your experience and qualifications, we are recruiting for:
- Service & Maintenance Technicians – Basic salaries up to £37,700
- Service & Diagnostic Technicians – Basic salaries up to £40,220
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- A recognised automotive qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician
- MOT Licence desirable but not essential
- Your own set of tools
- A full UK driving licence
- A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
- A proactive approach and desire to continually develop your technical skills
