Vehicle Technician Romford
Up to £40,000 basic DOE + bonus | OTE £55,000
Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:30 | No weekends
We're looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent) who wants to develop quickly, including being fast-tracked to an MOT Testing licence, to join a modern, high-performing workshop in Romford.

Your Weekday Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll carry out scheduled servicing to manufacturer standards, complete diagnostic work to identify and resolve faults, and perform electronic vehicle health checks with clear recommendations. You'll work closely with service advisors and customers, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while continuing to grow your technical knowledge.
What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Vehicle Technician, you'll bring:
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous main dealer experience
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Good organisation, time management and communication skills
- Willingness to be fast-tracked towards MOT testing qualifications
