Vehicle Technician Rugby
Up to £39,000 DOE + Bonus
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and busy workshop in Rugby. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary, bonus scheme, and the chance to develop your career within a supportive team.
The Role
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
- Complete vehicle health checks and identify any additional work required.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate job records and paperwork.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair preferred.
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- MOT Tester licence preferred but not essential.
