About the Role
Vertu Ferrari Exeter is looking for a skilled and passionate Service & Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious manufacturers in the automotive industry, in a modern workshop environment where quality, precision, and personal development are at the heart of everything we do.
We are offering a basic salary of up to £36,200, depending on skills and experience, based on a 40-hour working week with no weekend working. Whether you're looking to further develop your technical expertise or take the next step in your automotive career, we'll support you every step of the way.

About The Role
As a Service & Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest standards.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and vehicle repairs
- Diagnosing faults using the latest manufacturer systems and equipment
- Completing repairs efficiently and accurately
- Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and safety standards
- Delivering high-quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes
- Supporting the dealership's reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- A Level 3 Automotive qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician
- An MOT licence (preferred but not essential)
- Your own tools
- A full UK driving licence
- A positive attitude and a genuine pride in delivering quality workmanship
