Abstract Recruitment is currently working with a well-established client in Corby who is looking for a skilled and reliable Vehicle Trimmer / Fitter to join their team. This is a great opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position with regular Monday-to-Friday hours.
The Role
As a Vehicle Trimmer / Fitter, you will be responsible for stripping, fitting and replacing vehicle components while ensuring a high standard of workmanship.

- Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical and trim components
- Stripping and rebuilding vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Reconnecting and checking electrical components
- Carrying out quality checks on completed vehicles
- Identifying and reporting any mechanical, electrical or trim issues
- Working safely and maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Supporting the wider team with other duties when required
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Trimmer, Fitter or in a similar role
- Experience stripping and refitting vehicle components
- Excellent attention to detail
- A strong commitment to quality and workmanship
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good awareness of health and safety procedures
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- A full UK driving licence

Monday to Friday: 14:00 22:00
£15.36 per hour
