About the Role

Are you passionate about orthopaedics and eager to drive the next generation of robotic solutions into the market? We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a VELYS Clinical Trainer. This is your chance to be at the forefront of our surgical innovation, bringing cutting-edge technology to life and transforming patient outcomes.

Purpose

As a VELYS Clinical Trainer, you will serve as the clinical and technical expert for VRAS. You’ll work directly with surgeons and nursing teams during a comprehensive Hypercare period, ensuring an account's seamless transition to robotic-assisted surgery for Knee replacements.

Your role will include:

  • Leading the installation and onboarding process for the VRAS system.
  • Delivering exceptional clinical and technical support during initial procedures.
  • Building strong relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, while collaborating with our Joints Team to onboard customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
