Job Description

Strategic Vendor Alliance Manager

Are you at your best when building strategic partnerships, influencing senior stakeholders, and turning relationships into commercial success?

We're looking for a Strategic Vendor Alliance Manager to join Comms-Care and play a pivotal role in shaping and growing one of our most important vendor relationships. Working closely with senior leaders across Broadcom, channel partners, and the wider Comms-Care business, you'll be responsible for developing joint strategies, unlocking new growth opportunities, and driving tangible business outcomes.

This is a highly visible role offering the chance to work directly with executive stakeholders, influence business direction, and help expand our professional services presence across the UK and EMEA. If you're commercially astute, relationship-driven, and excited by the prospect of making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and strengthening strategic relationships with senior vendor and channel leaders.
  • Developing and executing joint business plans that drive growth and mutual success.
  • Leading executive business reviews and strategic planning discussions.
  • Identifying new routes to market and commercial opportunities.
  • Driving vendor-funded services adoption and helping customers maximise the value of available programmes.
  • Working across sales, services, and leadership teams to accelerate business growth.
  • Supporting regional expansion initiatives across key European markets.
  • Using insight, data, and market intelligence to shape future strategy and investment decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
