Help shape strategic vendor partnerships and drive real commercial growth.
If you enjoy building relationships, spotting opportunities and turning vendor partnerships into tangible business results, this is an opportunity to have a genuine impact. As a Vendor Alliance Manager at Bytes, you'll take ownership of strategic vendor relationships, working across sales, marketing, specialists and vendor teams to drive growth, increase customer value and create new commercial opportunities. You'll have the autonomy to influence strategy, the visibility to work with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to directly impact revenue performance.
The Mission
Bytes continues to grow its solutions portfolio and strategic vendor ecosystem. This role exists to strengthen key vendor partnerships, maximise commercial performance, and help our sales teams identify, win and expand opportunities across customers of all sizes. You'll act as the link between Bytes, our vendor partners and our sales teams, ensuring vendor strategies translate into measurable business outcomes, stronger customer engagement and profitable growth.

- Develop and execute vendor business plans that support growth and commercial objectives.
- Increase vendor revenue and gross profit performance against agreed targets.
- Drive renewal retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities across strategic accounts.
- Build stronger relationships with key vendor stakeholders and create new customer opportunities through those partnerships.
- Deliver actionable market, whitespace and propensity insights that help sales teams engage customers more effectively.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives, sales enablement activities and vendor-focused campaigns that improve awareness and pipeline generation.
- Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting quality and commercial visibility across your vendor portfolio.
What You'll Bring
We'll be looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Experience in vendor management, alliance management or a similar commercial technology role.
- Experience selling or supporting software and technology solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive outcomes.
- Confidence presenting to stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A relationship-led approach, backed by strong communication skills and attention to detail.
