At Bytes, strong vendor relationships create better outcomes for our customers and drive growth across our business. We're looking for a Vendor Alliances Operations Specialist to help turn opportunity into results by bringing structure, insight, and governance to our vendor partnerships.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and taking ownership of processes that directly influence commercial success. You'll have visibility across our vendor ecosystem and play a key role in helping Bytes maximize the value of strategic partnerships.
Your Mission
As Vendor Alliances Operations Specialist, you'll sit at the centre of our Vendor Alliances function, ensuring vendor opportunities are managed efficiently, accurately, and compliantly.
You'll provide the operational foundation that enables our Vendor Alliances Managers to focus on strategic growth, while delivering the insight, governance, and commercial support needed to strengthen vendor relationships and improve business performance.

In your first 6-12 months, you'll:
- Drive the successful governance and execution of deal registrations across key vendor partners
- Improve the accuracy, visibility, and quality of vendor opportunity data within our CRM
- Deliver meaningful reporting and insight that helps identify growth opportunities and commercial risk
- Support stronger deal registration approval rates through effective process management
- Provide clear rebate tracking and reporting, helping maximize commercial returns
- Enable Vendor Alliances Managers with timely operational, analytical, and administrative support
- Build trusted relationships with internal teams, distributors, and vendor partners
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who can combine strong organisation with commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
You'll likely have:
- Experience working within structured operational, sales support, or partner-facing environments
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of managing processes accurately
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining high-quality data
- Confidence analysing information and turning data into useful business insight
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- An interest in technology, software, cloud, or vendor partnership environments
