Purpose of Job

This role sits at the heart of the Vendor Alliances function, acting as a key enabler of successful vendor partnerships through strong operational governance, commercial insight, and disciplined deal execution. With a primary focus on deal registration, the role ensures vendor opportunities are managed efficiently, accurately, and in line with partner programme requirements, maximising commercial outcomes for Bytes and strengthening vendor confidence. The role also provides structured operational and analytical support to Vendor Alliances Managers, enabling them to focus on strategic vendor growth and Go-To-Market execution.

Key Responsibilities
Deal Registration & Vendor Governance
- Own end-to-end governance of deal registrations across strategic and core vendors
- Coordinate with vendors, Vendor Alliances Managers, specialists, and sales teams
- Ensure deal registrations are accurate, timely, and compliant with vendor SLAs
- Review and report on deal registration approval rates and win/loss ratios
- Undertake and analyse loss analysis data to inform future alliance activity
- Maintain CRM as the single source of truth for deal data
Vendor Commercial Performance & Insight
- Track and manage direct vendor rebates, ensuring accurate governance and reporting
- Provide data for reporting on renewal retention, refresh potential, and cross-sell / upsell opportunities
- Support Vendor QBRs, performance reviews, and bi-annual client technology update meetings
- Analyse alliance performance trends to identify risks and growth opportunities
Vendor Alliances Manager Enablement
- Provide operational, administrative, and analytical support to Vendor Alliances Managers
- Support preparation and coordination of vendor meetings, QBRs, and sales enablement sessions
- Maintain internal vendor documentation and SharePoint / Compass pages
- Support tracking of certifications, specialisations, and partner programme requirements
