You’ll bring:

• Substantial experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or partner-facing commercial roles.
• Proven success identifying, qualifying, and progressing new business opportunities.
• Strong prospecting capability across calls, email outreach, and multi-touch engagement campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and secure conversations with decision-makers.
• Experience managing sales activity, reporting, and pipeline development through CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of technology sales environments, channel models, or partner ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Excellent organisational skills and a disciplined approach to activity management.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build productive relationships across diverse teams.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a desire to thrive in an evolving, high-growth environment.
• Fluency in English, with additional European language skills such as German, Dutch, Swedish, or Latvian considered a significant advantage.
