Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven individual to join our growing team!

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape and grow how we work with suppliers and deliver services to customers. You’ll drive strong, value-led vendor partnerships from contract negotiation through to ongoing performance, while identifying opportunities to improve quality, reduce risk, and optimise costs as the business scales. Alongside this, you’ll lead and develop a small technical field services team, helping to raise capability, improve customer outcomes, and support our continued growth through smart processes and collaborative leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Vendor Relationship Management – develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers.
  • Contract Negotiation – Secure favourable terms, pricing and conditions in contracts.
  • Performance Monitoring – track vendor performance against SLA’s, KPI’s and business objectives. Ensure all vendors have sufficient skills and training to complete tasks to a high standard.
  • Risk Management – Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor operations and service delivery.
  • Cost Optimisation – Drive cost efficiencies and ensure value for money.
  • Internal Collaboration – Work with internal teams (procurement, finance, operations) to understand needs and ensure alignment.
  • Issue Resolution – Address vendor related issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Reporting – Create and maintain vendor performance metrics and reports.
  • Inventory Management – Monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand and maintaining optimal inventory to meet customer needs.
  • Team Leadership – Direct, motivate and develop field technicians, including hiring, training, performance reviews and skill enhancement.
  • Process Improvement – Develop and implement procedures, analyse operations and identify areas for efficiency and cost savings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
