ROLE OVERVIEW

The Vendor Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating vendor activity across production, logistics, and supply chain functions, ensuring materials and components are delivered on time and that vendor performance is aligned with supply and demand forecasts. This role serves as a key administrative and analytical hub, providing reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on support across the full production-to-logistics handover cycle. The Vendor Operations Coordinator delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT

Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)

  • Partner closely with operational and supply chain teams, finance partners, logistics and retail services, and existing or new vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution across the supply chain.
  • Communicate production updates, risks, and schedule changes clearly to internal stakeholders, supporting alignment across cross-functional teams including customer operations, merchandising, and buying.
  • Contribute to seasonal planning and product launch timelines, ensuring all relevant teams are informed and prepared.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

  • Coordinate retail demand versus capacity planning, escalating issues where needed to protect the customer experience and fulfillment commitments.
  • Support the execution and management of Value-Added Services (VAS) requirements to ensure product meets quality and presentation standards before reaching the end consumer.
  • Track shipments and proactively update stakeholders on delivery status, minimizing disruption to downstream operations and retail timelines.
  • Support seasonal planning and product launch timelines to ensure product availability aligns with fan and customer demand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
