Our client is transforming its Vendor Governance and Third-Party Risk Management framework and processes.
This requirement sits within the vendor management function and is focused on establishing and embedding enterprise-wide supplier governance.
This is a hands-on delivery requirement focused on establishing and embedding vendor management processes, supplier governance, and third-party risk management across the organisation. Working closely with Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and business stakeholders, you will create a consistent approach to supplier information management, due diligence, and governance. The client needs someone who can stand up and operationalise a Third-Party Risk Management capability.
What is required?
- Design and embed vendor governance and third-party risk processes.
- Establish and manage a central SharePoint repository for supplier information and governance documentation.
- Engage directly with suppliers to request, validate, and maintain supplier information and risk documentation.
- Support supplier due diligence, segmentation, and ongoing governance activities.
- Develop process documentation, governance controls, and operating procedures.
- Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting.

What are we looking for?
We're particularly interested in professionals with experience in Vendor Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, or Supplier Governance, rather than Information Security-led Third-Party Risk roles.
You will need to demonstrate:

- Experience in Vendor Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, Risk Management, or Third-Party Risk Management.
- Experience establishing or improving supplier governance processes and managing supplier information.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working across Procurement, Compliance, Information Security, and the wider business.
- Experience documenting business processes, governance frameworks, and operating procedures.
- Experience using SharePoint for supplier documentation and information management.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
