DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Are you a commercially minded channel professional with a passion for building vendor relationships and driving growth through partners?
Exclusive Networks is looking for a Vendor Manager to take ownership of a strategic vendor portfolio, developing strong relationships, driving revenue and profitability, and enabling partner success across the channel.
This role sits at the heart of the vendor, partner, and distributor relationship. You'll be responsible for creating and executing business plans, driving partner engagement, supporting sales growth, and ensuring your vendors are positioned for success within the UK market.

As The Vendor Manager, You Will
- Own the day-to-day management of key vendor relationships.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and growth against agreed targets.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans with vendors.
- Build strong relationships across vendor organisations at all levels.
- Identify opportunities to recruit, enable, and grow reseller partners.
- Work closely with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams to drive vendor success.
- Support partner acquisition, onboarding, and enablement activities.
- Develop lead generation initiatives and channel marketing campaigns.
- Deliver sales and technical training programmes for both internal teams and partners.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, stock profiles, and loan equipment processes.
- Produce regular business reviews, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Ensure pricing, promotions, collateral, and vendor programmes are accurately maintained within internal systems.
- Act as a key escalation point for partners and vendors.
- Drive joint business plans with reseller partners.
- Support partners through onboarding and vendor adoption programmes.
- Deliver ongoing training and enablement activities.
- Communicate new product releases, competitive positioning, and market opportunities.
- Support partner events, campaigns, focus days, and end-user engagement initiatives.
- Build strong executive and operational relationships across the partner community.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The Ideal Vendor Manager
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced channel environment.
- Experience within IT distribution, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or the wider technology channel.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems.
- Experience managing vendor or partner relationships.
- Proven ability to deliver against commercial targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence presenting to senior-level audiences.
- Strong analytical and planning capabilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Positive, energetic personality with a collaborative approach.
