About the Role
Westcon-Comstor is looking for an experienced EMEA Vendor Marketing Manager to join our international marketing team and help drive the success of our strategic technology vendor partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with experience in the cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise technology sector who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Working alongside vendor teams, sales leaders, digital marketing specialists, and local marketing teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional go-to-market programmes that drive demand, enable partners, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing initiatives that support revenue growth, increase market share, and strengthen Westcon-Comstor's position as a leading technology distributor across the region.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programmes and campaigns that support vendor objectives and drive awareness, partner engagement, and end-user demand.
- Build and deliver quarterly go-to-market marketing plans aligned with strategic business goals.
- Manage regional vendor marketing budgets, ensuring effective investment and measurable return on marketing spend.
- Partner closely with Vendor Leads and key business stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
- Build strong relationships with vendor marketing and channel teams to deliver shared objectives and maximize impact.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Digital Marketing team to execute campaigns that align with agreed messaging, branding, and quality standards.
- Work with local marketing teams across EMEA to ensure successful campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, marketing effectiveness, and business outcomes.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Contribute market, customer, and channel insights to support wider vendor and business strategies.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions, vendor reviews, and marketing best-practice initiatives across the region.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or vendor marketing within the cybersecurity, networking, or wider enterprise technology industry.
- Experience gained within a technology vendor, distributor, systems integrator, or related channel organization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including campaign management, demand generation, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating return on investment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong project and programme management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to translate campaign performance into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively within a virtual international team.
- Fluent business English, both written and spoken.
- Additional European language skills would be an advantage.
