What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be focused on building and managing excellent relationships with both hiring managers and our agency partners, seeing a role through from briefing to offer stage. Your ability to coordinate and influence effectively, communicate clearly, and provide ongoing support will be essential to ensuring a high-performing and collaborative recruitment process. Throughout all interactions, you will ensure that clients, agencies, and internal colleagues receive a professional, consistent experience aligned with the Michael Page Enterprise Solutions values.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximising contract performance by monitoring delivery, managing expectations, and driving accountability among agency partners.
- Achieving all elements of the service level agreement (SLA), including quality, timeliness, and compliance standards.
- Acting as the key point of contact for hiring managers, offering guidance and ensuring their needs are met through effective agency engagement.
- Support the TA Team by driving feedback loops, reporting performance metrics, and identifying supply chain improvement opportunities.

Key Activities could include:
- Arranging and running job briefings: arranging job briefings with relevant agencies and hiring managers. Leading the meeting and ensuring all relevant job information is recorded.
- Chasing CV feedback from Hiring Managers: Regularly follow up with Hiring Managers to ensure timely feedback on submitted candidate CVs, helping to avoid delays in the recruitment process.
- Providing feedback to agencies: Communicate Hiring Manager feedback to recruitment agencies promptly and clearly, so they can action accordingly or refine their candidate submissions.
- Tracking candidate progress: Maintain up-to-date records of each candidate’s status in our recruitment pipeline using internal spreadsheets. This includes stages such as CV review, interview scheduling, offer stage, and onboarding.
- Scheduling interviews: Coordinate availability and set up interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates, ensuring all are confirmed with both sides and calendar invites are sent.
- Agency point of contact for interview: Act as the main liaison for agencies when arranging interviews, resolving any queries and confirming interview details.
- Setting up interviews in relevant tech tools: Enter and manage interview bookings within the relevant systems, ensuring all necessary details (interviewers, format, time, etc.) are captured accurately.
- Managing Offers: Once a decision is made, compile and pass the final job offer details (candidate info, salary, start date, etc.) to the relevant agencies and manage offer processing.
- Supporting onboarding coordination: Work closely with third-party vendors and/or internal departments (e.g. HR, IT, Study, Compliance) to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed.
- Releasing jobs to agencies: Post new vacancies to agencies via the agency portal and track all job releases on internal spreadsheet.
- Onboarding new suppliers: Prepare all necessary documents (e.g. compliance forms, contracts) and manage and monitor the full onboarding process for new suppliers.
- Weekly team performance meetings: Join weekly team sessions to report on progress, discuss metrics, placement targets, and contribute to planning and process improvements.
