We’re a leading global technology investment firm that partners with exceptional founders building some of the world’s most ambitious and category-defining companies.

Our investment team is intentionally small and highly collaborative, giving each team member significant exposure to senior investors, founders, and management teams. We invest globally across technology and internet businesses, with a particular focus on companies with the potential to become enduring market leaders.

We’re looking for an Associate to join our European investment team. This is a highly analytical, broad-based investing role with exposure across the full investment lifecycle — from identifying new opportunities and developing investment theses to diligence, financial analysis, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio work.

You’ll work directly with senior investors on a lean team and take meaningful ownership from an early stage. The role is well suited to someone who combines strong financial and analytical skills with intellectual curiosity, commercial judgment, and a genuine interest in technology and high-growth businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investments through detailed company, market, competitive, and financial analysis.
  • Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build and analyze financial models, valuation frameworks, returns analyses, and investment scenarios to support investment decisions.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct rigorous commercial and financial diligence, including analysis of business models, unit economics, growth drivers, competitive positioning, and market dynamics.
  • Investment Memos: Develop clear, thoughtful investment materials and recommendations for senior investors and internal decision-making.
  • Deal Execution: Support investments throughout the transaction process, working alongside internal team members, company management teams, and external advisers.
  • Market & Sector Research: Develop perspectives on emerging technology trends, sectors, companies, and business models and identify areas for potential investment.
  • Sourcing & Relationship Building: Build relationships with founders, executives, investors, bankers, and other participants across the technology ecosystem to identify compelling investment opportunities.
  • Portfolio Support: Work with existing portfolio companies and the investment team on strategic initiatives, financing opportunities, and ongoing company analysis.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
