Wall Street Oasis (WSO) is expanding its Mentorship Program, and we're looking for outstanding professionals to join our mentor roster... an elite network supporting students and young professionals as they prepare for high-stakes careers.
What You'll Do:
- 1-on-1 Coaching: Provide personalized interview preparation, resume critiques, networking advice, and career coaching for Venture Capital recruiting
- Cohort Guidance (Optional): Lead small-group discussions covering startup evaluation, market analysis, venture investing, sourcing, and investment decision-making
- Contribute to Content (Optional): Help enhance venture investing frameworks, case studies, startup analysis exercises, and interview preparation resources
- Mentor With Purpose: Share firsthand experience evaluating startups, working with founders, and building a successful career in venture capital

Who We're Looking For:
- Professionals with experience in Venture Capital (or similar Growth Equity, Corporate Venture Capital, Startup Investing, Angel Investing, etc.)
- Current or former Associates, Senior Associates, Principals, Partners, Investment Directors, or Managing Partners
- Strong communicators with a passion for mentoring aspiring venture investors
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing thoughtful, actionable feedback and industry insights
