About Atempo Growth
Atempo Growth is a pan-European growth and venture debt platform backing high-growth, tech-enabled companies from Series A through to pre-IPO. Founded in 2021, we have grown to €850M in assets under management and completed more than 40 investments in under five years, supported by leading institutional investors. Our approach is built on collaboration, agility, transparency, and long-term partnership with the founders we back. We are an ambitious, and fast-moving team. As we continue to scale our platform and European footprint, we are looking for an exceptional Analyst to join us and grow alongside the business.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to gain full-cycle exposure to venture debt at an early-stage, high-growth fund. As an Investment Analyst, you will be involved across the entire investment process, from sourcing and origination, through diligence and execution, to ongoing portfolio monitoring. You will work closely with senior members of the team, take on real responsibility quickly, and have a clear path to grow within the platform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
