Looking for a Venue & Attraction Marketing Manager to play a key role in bringing this brand-new London destination to life.
About The Company
Our client is one of the world's most recognised media and entertainment brands, inspiring millions of people globally through publishing, television, digital content and live experiences. As they prepare to launch an exciting new visitor attraction at The O2, they're looking for a Venue & Attraction Marketing Manager to play a key role in bringing this brand-new destination to life.
About The Role
Please only apply if you have Venue or Attraction sector experience where you have been creating campaigns that drive footfall.
This is a rare opportunity to join ahead of launch and help shape the marketing strategy for an entirely new attraction. Working closely with specialist teams across CRM, ecommerce, social media, PR and digital marketing, you'll lead the local marketing activity that drives awareness, ticket sales and an exceptional guest experience. You'll split your time between the Central London office and the venue itself, becoming an ambassador for the attraction and ensuring every campaign reflects the experience guests receive on-site.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive visitor numbers, ticket sales and brand awareness.
- Create engaging social content by filming and editing on-site for organic channels.
- Manage influencer partnerships and work with an external digital agency to deliver paid social campaigns.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional activity and commercial offers.
- Deliver sales-led email campaigns while supporting the CRM Manager with pre- and post-visit customer journeys.
- Partner with the ecommerce team to ensure ticketing campaigns, pricing and promotional activity are delivered successfully.
- Manage venue content across the corporate website and ticketing platforms, ensuring messaging remains accurate, engaging and on-brand.
- Monitor customer feedback across reviews, surveys and social media, sharing insights that help improve both the guest experience and marketing performance.
- Collaborate closely with venue operations and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activity reflects the evolving visitor experience and wider commercial priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
