Venue Booker (Part-Time, Remote)

£12.71 per hour | 15 hours per week | Remote Working | Immediate Start Available

Are you highly organised, confident building relationships, and enjoy finding the perfect opportunities through research and negotiation? We're looking for a Venue Booker to join our team and play a vital role in securing excellent fundraising locations that help our charity campaigns succeed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, communication, and relationship management while working from home as part of a supportive team.

The Role

As a Venue Booker, you will be responsible for researching, securing, and managing venues for our fundraising teams. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure venues meet area requirements, maintain strong relationships with venue contacts, and help maximise fundraising opportunities for our charity clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new venue opportunities for approval and trial.
  • Review previous venue booking feedback and recommend suitable venues for rebooking.
  • Ensure all venues meet area-specific requirements.
  • Follow departmental and area booking governance procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venue contacts to support both short and long-term bookings.
  • Represent and discuss our charity clients with knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Secure suitable replacement venues when required, often at short notice.
  • Accurately record venue information and booking details on our internal Dynamics 365 system.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
