🎉 Venue Cleaner – Casual Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to join our Cleaning Team on a casual basis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Your main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuum cleaning, emptying bins, and cleaning washrooms/toilets. Days and hours of work may vary depending on events, and flexibility and punctuality being a key element.

Your duties will include:
- Take initiative to perform cleaning and tidying tasks that are not specifically contained within the rota but require attention as part of maintaining overall high standards.
- Ensure Health & Safety, quality, and general procedure compliance.
- Work as part of a team and support other members of the cleaning team to meet standards and objectives.
- Ensure that all areas are always cleaned to the highest standards.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
Person Specification:
- Good attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work.
- Days, Nights & Weekends Availability.
- Any other duties deemed reasonable for the role.

This is a casual worker role, meaning you choose when you work – perfect for fitting around studies, other jobs, or personal commitments.
- Shifts may include early starts, late finishes, and weekends.
- No guaranteed hours – work when it suits you.
- Rates start at £12.71 per hour, plus rolled up holiday pay.
