General Manager: Sports and Leisure
Salary: A GBP 32,000+
Location: Bradford
Are you an experienced General Manager with new openings experience? I have a great opportunity for you to play a key role in one of the UK's fastest-growing sports and lifestyle movements. I am looking to speak to experienced and driven General Manager to lead a fast-growing leisure brand with multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone passionate about sport, customer experience, and building high-performing teams.
About The Role
- Take overall responsibility for the successful operation of the new state-of-the-art venue, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and exceptional service standards.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team across the site, creating a positive, motivated, and high-performance culture.
- Drive commercial success through membership growth, events, coaching, retail, and F and B partnerships.
- Oversee budgets, operational planning, and site performance - ensuring KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Build strong community connections and engage members, schools, and corporate groups to grow participation and loyalty.
- Work closely with the leadership team to support continued brand growth and expansion.

- A proven leader, ideally with previous General management experience in leisure, hospitality, or sports environments.
- Strong commercial mindset, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Excellent communicator, able to inspire and lead teams while ensuring accountability and structure.
- Passionate about sports, racket sports, or active lifestyles, with the drive to build vibrant communities around each site.
- Organised, adaptable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, growing environment.
