JOB TITLE: Venue Office Manager (Maternity Cover)
DEPARTMENT: Venue & Hospitality
LOCATION: Stamford Bridge
CONTRACT: Fixed Term Maternity Cover – 9 months
JOB FUNCTION:
To provide support & administration to the Venue Sales Director and Venue Hospitality team

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Venue Sales Director’s diary, ensuring time is prioritised and utilised effectively.
- Provide regular administrative and operational support to the Venue Management Team, helping to ensure that office processes, projects and day-to-day activities run efficiently.
- Support the Venue Sales Director with ongoing projects, business priorities and ad hoc operational requirements.
- Oversee the administration of the Venue division office, including management support, weekly meetings, purchase orders, expenses, stationery and uniform requests.
- Manage matchday reception team and rotas, ensuring reception areas operate smoothly and consistently deliver a high standard of hospitality.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for matchday reception team and past players, maintaining payroll records and resolving any discrepancies to ensure all payments are processed correctly and in line with company deadlines.
- Coordinate and book hostesses for matchdays.
- Assist with onboarding and induction plans for new starters.
- Manage charity requests relating to signed merchandise and hospitality.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of matchday collateral, including card for team sheets, itineraries and related materials.
- Support the administration of premium hospitality areas, including Boxes, Mill Suites and the Directors’ Box.

- All administration to be completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Experience
- Knowledge of the football landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of company adjectives.
- Experience of using a ticketing platform.
Skills and Behaviours:
- Organised and efficient – especially working under pressure.
- Confident in client facing situations.
