An events company is seeking a proactive, hands-on Event Operations Supervisor to lead cleaning and waste teams across a wide range of live events, from corporate functions to large-scale festivals. This physically active role involves organizing staff, motivating teams, liaising with clients, maintaining high operational standards, and working directly alongside your team on busy event sites. Candidates should have at least one year’s experience in cleaning, facilities, or waste operations, strong communication skills, flexibility with working hours, and a willingness to travel and stay on event sites.
