Venue Sales Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a personable and proactive Venue Sales Executive to join our Commercial team based at Carrow Road Stadium. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, converting enquiries and delivering excellent customer service across a unique and memorable venue.
This opportunity is a fixed term contract for twelve months, with an expected start date in October 2026.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities
- Manage venue enquiries from discovery to confirmed booking, conducting site visits and tastings where required.
- Lead the sales and coordination of the Club's special events programme (including Christmas), ensuring successful planning, performance and seamless operational handover.
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations and contracts, following up consistently and within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain accurate enquiry, client and sales activity records in the CRM.
- Coordinate handover to the Catering operations team with complete and accurate function sheets.
- Build positive relationships with clients to drive repeat bookings, referrals, reviews and testimonials.
- Work closely with the Venue Sales Team, Catering, Finance and Marketing colleagues to support a seamless client experience.
- To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment.
